c. The tournament is entirely free to enter.
3. Tournament Format
a. The tournament will follow TDA poker rules.
b. Details regarding blind structures, starting chip stacks, and other relevant information will be provided on the tournament website & Mil Poker App.
4. Marketing Usage of Participant Information
a. Participants acknowledge and agree that Asia Poker Academy may share their information with sponsors for marketing purposes.
b. This may include, but is not limited to, the participant's name, photo, and general tournament performance.
5. Non-Gambling Declaration
a. The "Asia Poker Academy Hong Kong Open Poker Tournament " is organized as a skill-based sport competition.
b. Participants acknowledge that the tournament does not involve any form of money gambling activities.
6. Code of Conduct
a. Participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of sportsmanship.
b. Cheating, collusion, or any form of unfair play will result in disqualification.
7. Technology Requirements
a. Participants are responsible for ensuring their internet connection and hardware meet the minimum requirements to participate in the tournament.
b. Asia Poker Academy is not responsible for any technical issues on the participant's end.
8. Liability
a. Participants agree to release Asia Poker Academy from any liability arising from their participation in the tournament.
9. Agreement
